How is Zoopla! different from other portals?

How do you get traffic to your website?
We have a highly experienced digital marketing team which combined with our multi-million pound backing allows us to market ourselves very efficiently.
How/why is your audience unique?
As the only property website providing information on ALL 27m homes in the UK, we attract a significant number of frequently returning property owners compared to other portals which are principally focussed towards buyers.
What does pay-for-results mean and how does it work?
It means that you will only pay us when we provide a qualified enquiry to you. We charge £1 per buyer/renter enquiry and £5 per owner/vendor enquiry.
How do I know when I receive a lead?
All leads will be sent directly via email to the contact email you provide at the time of registering and which you may amend at any time.
What is a 'qualified' lead?
A 'qualified' lead is an enquiry which contains the enquirer's name, contact telephone number and/or email address and, where applicable, your property reference.
How are leads invoiced and how often?
Each lead is charged to your account on delivery of the lead. We issue monthly invoices and take payments once per month via your chosen payment method.
Do you provide detailed leads reports?
We provide comprehensive data on the number of leads provided, type of lead, name of lead. We also provide statistics on how many times each property has been viewed.
How do I upload our listings?
We can accept a property feed either directly from you or via your software provider, in whichever way you currently send it to any other portal. If you do not currently have a data feed you may upload properties manually.
Is there any limit to the number of properties I can list?
No, you may market as many for sale/to rent listings as you like (providing they are current) and only pay for any leads you get.
Is there a limit to the number of photographs I can upload?
You may upload up to 20 images per property and floor plans, virtual tours, HIPs and EPC reports may also be displayed.
