Located in East Anglia, Norwich is the county city of Norfolk and home to an nearly 130,000 [1] people. Norwich Property Market

Norwich is unique in the sense that some of its buildings date back to Anglo Saxon times. Most of these buildings are located on the outskirts of the city and are generally very expensive. More moderately priced property is located in the â~@~XGolden Triangleâ~@~Y in the south west of the city. The area is popular with young professionals and students.

Another area popular with this demographic is the east side of Norwich. There are riverside developments taking place and the pubs and clubs make it a favourite with the younger crowd. Property in this location is known to be quite expensive.

The north and west of the city is characterised by Victorian and Edwardian terraces that sell for much cheaper than the south and east of the city. It is a hotspot for first time home buyers.
