Housing market in Angus

There are a lot of properties for sale just now that would usually sell without any bother. Is this therefore still a bad time to sell a property?

  In my opinion, it's not great in Angus but sales are taking place. Mostly retiree properties and top properties oozing character. The ones in between are taking a while.
