Bad experience with an agent

I have had an experience with a particular agent, we were seeking a property for cash, no mortgage required and nothing to sell on. This agent was rude and sarcastic when she asked us for an opinion on a property she had shown us and we answered truthfully. She then told us we had wasted her time coming out to meet us. Subsequently, we saw another property which was marketed by the same agent, she suggested that we had to put in an offer and stick to it as the vendor was overseas and she did not want to waste her time, there again, suggesting that cash buyers were not to be taken seriously, and we would once again be wasting her time. Is there a body or board that we can talk to regarding this disgusting behaviour so that others are prepared should they meet up with this agent?

    I have added a link which might be useful. You can review estate agents online, if it is a case of bad treatment received, which cannot be addressed via other means. Some estate agents really take the biscuit! Sorry to hear you have had such a bad experience with this estate agent, her attitude is not the best by the sounds of it.
