Which area can you be sure that there will be no flooding?

  • Friars View, Aylesford had a the flood plain level raised to 1000 years on the entire site. Although the properties back onto the River Medway the bank on the opposite side is much lower and therefore the water will flood on that side if there is ever a flood.

  • Anywhere past the motorway bridge in Hall Road is safe from flooding. The Greenacres estate is all completely safe. If you choose to live by a river then it's best to live in a houseboat.
