What aspects do you think would be unwise? When doing due dilligence on a freehold flat it would be advisable to fully investigate the building maintenance agreement and find out exactly who is responsible for what aspects of the building maintenance. A conveyancing solicitor or the selling agent will be able to provide more information about this.
