Who owns the grass verge between the tarmc and Lane Ends Farm BB18 5UD?
A strip of grass lies between the road tarmac and the fencing (and bushes) of Lane Ends Farm on Cross Lane, BB18 5UD. Can large blocks of concrete be placed along the edge of the grass/tarmac? If its part of the farms boundaries does that make it legal?

As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title plan and deeds from your local Land Registry office. They cost £4. Once you have identified the the owner, you will need to ask their permission.
