  • Yes. Good transport links, M1 motorway juntion 11 is close by and Leagrave Railway Station is not far off either - walkable from the hospital with the journey into London about half an hour on the fast trains. Large areas of open space and parks - Lewsey Park and the leisure centre is near by. You are also close to open countryside as well. Houses tend to sell or rent quickly due to the hospital which has expanded significantly recently since becoming a university hospital. House prices have increased accordingly due to the hospital expansion and also significant numbers of commuters moving to Luton from London.
