If you mean to advertise your property on this site, the answer is yes as Zoopla only advertise properties from subscribing estate agents.

You might want to ...but will your buyer want to buy?

Put the pro's and con's of doing it yourself or using an agent down on paper (be true to what you writing) More often than not the only con you get with the agent is that you have to pay a fee! If your list has thought of everything, you will probably now be thinking paying the proffessional to handle the sale of what is quite often the most valuable asset you own is a good idea! If you had an antique worth thousands, would you chance it on ebay or go to a specialist auction room?
