What's it like to live in Bideford?
What are the pros and cons of living here? Is it an area on the up?

It's magical. There isn't a place within Bideford that isnt packed with history. Along the quay, the view of the river, with it's patchwork of fields nestling behind makes what could be a mundane journey to the shops a pleasure. Not enough words to describe.

It's Great!!!!..............small enough to be friendly, but large enough to provide all the shopping I need ........but I'm a man!, so for the ladies who shop till they drop Barnstable (the largest town in North Devon) is just a easy 20 minutes drive and Exeter is a pleasant drive for the big stores. The area around Bideford is beautiful countryside , safe sandy beaches are on the doorstep and Exmoor and Dartmoor Are an added bonus.............but don't come (unless youre really nice!) we love the pace of life...........
