What is the best way to find unexpired notice of offers in the area I am targeting for a cash purchase?

    There will be a section in your local paper PUBLIC NOTICES, which some agents may place them on a one off basis. Some assest managers also ask us to put the public notice on the web, but some lenders are now stipulating that we DO NOT do a public notice at all.
