48 Debenham Road

Is this property worth the asking price of £190000 and is the area safe to live in? Are there any racial issues in that area? Is it safe for children? What facilities does it have at walkable distance? Many thanks.

  • Hello, I rent out a few properties within this area, it is a reasonably safe area, without looking at crime statistics I would say it is a good location to invest in property. It is a very mixed race area, again without looking through crime statistics it is a reasonable area. Close by is Heartlands hospital, blakesley museum, yardley cricket ground, birmingham airport, the trainline is about 2 miles away. regards Andrew Clinton Martin & Co. Sutton Coldfield

  • You can look at crime statistics, but that doesn't always represent an area that well. Speaking to locals is always the best way to find out what an area is really like. Try speaking to parents on the school run, shop keepers etc. Join in on a local PACT meeting if there is one to find out what issues residents are concerned about.
