The properties in that area were constructed around the early 1900's and I believe they were built for workers at the nearby railway line and brick works. If the property is on the market it is worth asking to see a copy of the Home Information Pack, the date may be contained within this.

As long as the property is registered then you will be able to obtain a copy of the title deeds from your local Land Registry office or website. They will contain the date that the property was built.
