Are dogs allowed at Avenue Court ?

We would like to buy a flat at Avenue Court but would need to bring our two small quiet dogs. Are dogs accepted? Also are the flats soundproofed for noise?

  The lease on the flat will tell you this. Ask the agent if they can show you a copy of this. You will normally have to seek permission from the leasholder if they aren't allowed.

  Most tenancies in flats exclude pets - you would need to check with the head lease for the building.
