  • Hi denisenan@talktalk.n, You can check what the price is for your tax in certain areas in the East Riding of Yorkshire by having a look at the website http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/housing/council-tax/council-tax-billing/#How-much, where you can download the PDF file and see differences and the charges for specific towns in 2012-2013. Looking at that site for Bridlington, I can see that the level of council tax you will be charged for the town this year for a band B property would be £1,157.14 per year. However, this will most likely be reviewed and changed when the new bills come out in early 2013, so it will be important to check back for changes in what you will need to pay. In terms of your Economy 7 electricity, it really depends on your lifestyle as to how good this will be. Data from uSwitch has shown that some people actually find it more expensive, as they need to have used more than 40 per cent of their electricity at night in order to make this method cost effective. Thanks, Scott
