When do I get to see HIPS about property?

  Normally when you go to the Estate Agents offering to puchase somewhere. Otherwise sometimes it can be sent through to your solicitor with the Contract and other papers at the initial stage. Sometimes Estate Agents have the HIPS package all ready but it all depends how long the property has been on the market.
