When calculating internal square footage for property can you include a conservatory?
I want to know if I should include the square footage of a conservatory when calculating the overall square footage of a property and should this area be measured externally or broken down by rooms and if so should all internal areas be included. Also, if the garage is detached should this be included in the calclation or not?
