There is an established and legal formula to calculate this. The calculation is one by which the Freeholder must comply and sell at. Often freeholders quote and get more than they are entitled to from Leaseholders who are worried about the value/sellability of their home as the lease decreases. We have experts in this field who for a small charge will calculate what you should be paying, if you want to know more please contact me. Regards Iain White
