Is there anyone willing to buy a house with tenants already occupying property?
We want to stay in our current rental property but the landlord is selling. Can someone buy for investment with long term let in mind?

There are investors always willing to purchase property with tenants in occupation. The type of tenancy will determine the likely price.

I assume you have an assured shorthold tenancy. If so, the terms and conditions apply and your new landlord could give proper statutory notice at the end of the tenancy agreement. If you are in a regulated tenancy which has been in existence for perhaps a very long time, then you have a right of tenure even with a new landlord..
