Share of Freehold, please define?
What does 'share of Freehold' mean when referring to sale of a flat?

Every property that is leasehold must always have a freehold as well. This is normally held/owned by a another person (normally the managemebt firm). However, in this instance, everyone in he block (tyhe leaseholders) own trhe freehold as well. If you would like me to explain the difference of leasehold and freehold - let me know
