  • Hi JennySmedley, If you are looking to market a property for selling or letting on the Zoopla site, unfortunately you cannot do so privately, and you will need to find yourself either a lettings agency or an estate agency to deal with this posting. The benefits of both are plentiful, as they will help you when it comes to making sure you are promoting the home properly and effectively to the right market, as well as helping you with all of the legal ins and outs of sales and renting. If it is the latter you are dealing with, a lettings agent will also be able to carry out all of the checks associated with tenancies, such as credit reports, guarantors and references. These can be time consuming and difficult, so it is good to have someone with experience to help you work through them all and confirm you are getting a tenant who is preferable and reliable. Many thanks, Scott

  • Thanks Scott, at least I know now that I will have to pay an agent about 7K, bit tough.
