  • Hi kennamity, In terms of transport to London, Chatham should be pretty well placed to make sure you can get there daily if you are commuting into the city. For travel by road, the town has good links to the M2 motorway into the capital, while the trains are also very good. Chatham railway station has links to a variety of London hubs. It will run a service to Victoria Station three times an hour, one to Charing Cross twice an hour and another to St Pancras twice every hour. For the neighbourhood in general, it will be good to have a look at the crime stats, which you can do by checking out the website police.uk and entering a postcode. A look at this site for you tells me that the crime rate there has been falling in each of the last two years, and that it sits below the national average. Many thanks, Scott
