Depends which side of Chesham you are looking at, and is reflected in the prices around Chesham. Train line from Chesham is pants, so you'll end you driving to Amersham or Little Chalfont to get trains into town.

If you're still interested.. it's a good place to live...the tube line runs every 30 mins direct to Baker Street. You can live in Chesham and work in London with no commuting problems. It has a thriving community which is always looking for way to improve the quality of life.. come and spend the day here and you will see and feel it for yourself.
