Solicitors fee, estate agent percentage or up-front fee, conveyancing costs, removal van, energy performance certificate, stamp duty, mortgage arrangement fee, etc... Thousands, but the amounts vary. Much will come down to who you use and how much they charge.

The Nationwide moving cost calculator looks great but I find it a little bit 'form filly' for my liking. Another option is http://www.reallymoving.com/moving-cost-calculator which focuses on a more visual approach and seems to updated more than the others. Another thing I have noticed is that the reallymoving version doesn't ask you for your email or personal details.
There doesn't appear to be that many online that actually work either apart from nationwide and reallymoving
