My property is leasehold. How do I find out who owns the freehold to my property? as I would like to buy it

  • When you purchased the property, your solicitor will have given you a copy of the lease ... This will specify who the freeholder is. This does not mean you will necessarily be able to buy the lease however. Always speak to a solicitor before you embark on matters regarding potential changes to lease/freehold.
