North or South Chichester. Which one is nicest to live?
North you have Lavant, nice country pubs, etc... South you have the beach, easier access to the A27, the canal. What do you think?

Depends exactly what you want.... The beach is still a long way from south Chichester, so your much more likely to make use of the countryside in the north. Also getting to town maybe harder from the south due to the railway crossing, and is a nighmare in rush hour due to the A27 serving links to the east and west and becoming seriously clogged up on the roundabouts around southern chichester. If you drive; north chichester areas such as funtingoton and west stoke may be optional as the roads from there are quick and easy to the town centre and avoid busy roads to join the A27.
