Who maintains (cuts the brambles and clears the rubbish) the water management stream that runs in front of Highgrove Walk and how often is this done?

  The best place to start is to ask the local council if they are responsible or they will know who is, if they are responsible if you tell them it’s over grown and get the neighbours to do the same you should see some results.
