Tenant committed suicide, what to do?
I bought my first house to rent out last summer and the agent I bought it from also managed the letting side for me. Last month the tenant tragically committed suicide and I am at my wits end as what to do next. The agent has put it back on the rental market but should I pass on such information to the next tenant? Or would it be better to sell at this point? This is my first house and I feel so gutted and am worried about what to do next. Any advice would help. Thanks.
