Of course it all depends on what you are trying to achieve - however as a rule of thumb - in most places in the UK it is a buyers market. If you have cash there are some amazing deals out there. In the current market the only way to sell and make decent money out of a property is using an option or delayed completion strategy. If you want more info. about these alternative strategies I can point you in the right direction
