What is it like to live in Corsham? Is there much demand for lodgings please?

I am thinking of moving to Corsham and would hope to be able to let at least one bedroom to a lodger. Is there much demand for lodgings, what is the average price asked (is that inclusive or exclusive of bills) and would this be full time or perhaps weekdays only? Grateful for your help/advice.
