What's it like to live in Kenilworth?

Is it a safe area? Are the people friendly?

  • Kenilworth is a great place, very safe, quiet, green and 5 mins drive either way from Warwick University or Leamington Spa, and 15 mins from Coventry. It is becoming a 'little Leamington', the next big thing, with quality restaurants and wine bars appearing on the high street. It is certainly more akin to Leamington than Coventry in feel, safety and attitude. It also great has great park in the centre with swimming pool and Kenilworth castle. Kenilworth is the next big thing.....

  • I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.

  • Middle class, safe, good schools, good commute, a good bet for house prices - as long as HS2 is not too close.

  • Hi, We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area. You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page. We hope this helps.
