Is it a safe area? Are the people friendly?

Kenilworth is a great place, very safe, quiet, green and 5 mins drive either way from Warwick University or Leamington Spa, and 15 mins from Coventry. It is becoming a 'little Leamington', the next big thing, with quality restaurants and wine bars appearing on the high street. It is certainly more akin to Leamington than Coventry in feel, safety and attitude. It also great has great park in the centre with swimming pool and Kenilworth castle. Kenilworth is the next big thing.....

I would suggest that you look at the local authorities’ website or police.gov to see what the crime statistics etc for this area are. You can also look at the local tourist board website which gives you an up to date overview of the area. I would also visit the area and ask some locals.
