What's it like to live in Cowes?
Is it an area on the up? Is there much greenery in the area?

Living in Cowes is vastly different depending on the season. In the winter the town is very quiet and some shops are closed, although there are a large number of pubs and restaurants. In the summer the town is full of recreational sailors (yachties) who come for the near-constant sailing events, which can make the high street and pubs very crowded. There is lots of loud live music at these events and regular live music in the pubs all year round. The beach is shingle, lots to see.
