Do you think there are more or less properties on the market now than the back of last year?
Trying to gauge public perception, I am seeing a lot more property coming to the market but clients are saying they feel there are fewer house coming up for sale.

Hi Iain, i think yoor question holds the answer. I feel there are more buyers than this time last year so the perception may be that there are less properties available.

More houses on now that at any point in the last 2 years they are selling well although we have seen prices slip a little as the choice available has made for a more competitive market

In my area i would say double what was on the market at the end of last year

More, but still not enough! There is still a shortage of rental properties in the Brighton area though.
