Offer over asking price
How much over the asking price should I offer for a lovely 4 bedroomed bungalow in Cupar Fife, Scotland? It goes to a closing date on Friday 18th February and I would like to secure the property. It is expected there will be at least 3 other interested parties.

This will depend entirely on how much you think it's worth. I would suggest looking at properties in a similar location and size to give yourself an idea of what they are being marketed at and go from there, but if you really love the place then it will boil down to budget... Just don't go over it! Good luck!

I agree with above, don't pay more than you are able to manage. But if the property is what you want, then it is worth what ever you want to pay for it. Best of luck.
