What's the advantage buying a house with two reception rooms?

The main advantage is that in addition to a lounge, you can also have a dining room or study.

It simply gives you more space and versatility.

You can make that room whatever you want it to be! A dinning room or study are most common but it could be a play room or another bedroom. The choice is yours!!!
