Dealing with nuisance neighbours.

How would neighbours who harass an outgoing vendor affect the sale of their property if the fact became widely known? How could they be dealt with in the most effective way?

  You could try an ASBO telling your local authority to stop the nuisance neighbour in their tracks? see link below hope this helps
