Are mobile homes going up in value?
I live in a trailer park, or mobile home park as some call them. Do these homes go up in value with other standard construction properties?

It would depend greatly on the area, the park and the home itself, as with any property.

The value depends on supply and demand. If the park is very popular with few mobile homes on the market then the value will increase. Alternatively if theire is currently a large number of available homes with little interest then the value will fall.

I agree with the above comments. It will also depend on the age and condition of the home. Static homes or static caravans don't last as long as standard construction homes, so when they are older, they do depreciate.
