What's it like to live in Exeter?
Are the people friendly?
Is it a safe area?

I like Exeter!
It is a good place to live, not too big, but it has everything you want within reach, 3 trainstations, lots of character buildings, nice little second hand shops, some very nice high class boutiques, new shopping mall, good Colleges, and for a city of its size it is safe. I let my 13 year old go on his own to Exeter.
It has it's own international airport and University.

Exeter is a fantastic place to live. Vibrant, thriving, classy and chic. From river & country to excellent shopping and eating, fantastic beaches and Dartmoor nearby. A proactive sustainability culture ensures that the best of Exeter is just getting better with wonderful cycle paths alongside rivers, boating, walking, green spaces and a good long term vision for the preservation of what makes Exeter great.

We would suggest that you get in touch with local estate agents in order to get some background about the area.
You can search for agents using the ‘find agents’ tab on the top of the Zoopla Page.
We hope this helps.
