How long does it take once offer has been accepted to move in?

    Could be anything. Depends on many parties. My record is probably three weeks. I have been working on one now for two years!

    It all depends on the surveyor, mortgage company and vendor but normally around 2 or 3 months.

    Both answers are probabable but what I dont understand is if you buy at an Auction you have to complete in 28 days how is this possible
