    Safe area? I would say so. I am not conscious of any threat when moving about day or night. The local press reports of cases heard in Sheriffs Court are all low level crime and their presence indicates that police keep a good eye and ear on what goes on. As for being on the up - I reckon it is about as up as one would want, Check Zoopla TD11 3DE for values. Very few empty shop premises, most shops are sole traders and we have a full range of services. Local council on top of things - esp the Engineers dept ref recycling and road repair and street cleaning. Come and join us - you would be made very welcome. I came here from Kent about 10 years ago and have not regretted a single day.
