Will my lease be renewed when it runs out in 25 years time?
My lease will run out in nearly 25 years, Brighton & Hove council own it, will it be renewed? Otherwise any idea of the cost of buying the freehold? as I have not got a clue

The simple answer is no - you need to apply to extend your lease under section 42 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 - please feel free to contact me for further information.
