  • Hi samuel161036, Eastbourne in general is known as one of the best places to live in the country if you are looking for a lovely little place on the coast with some of the most refreshing sea breezes and fresh air that you will find in the whole of Britain. In terms of the street in particular that you are looking for, the area is a nice one, with recorded crime rates being below the national average over the past year, and remaining largely steady in the last few years. Homes in Goodwood Close are generally set well back from the roads in a quiet area, which also means that you will not have to suffer much from traffic noise if you're a light sleeper. And with those decent sized gardens in mind, there is also a local nursery at Chalk Farm, where you could buy some flowers and plants to brighten it up. Thanks, Scott
