Advice on running an estate agency
Hi, after being an invester in property for a number of years an opportunuty has risen to own an estate agents. Please can you advise me on a number of issues? What wage will my staff expect, i.e. what commission do I pay the agents? How many properties should I expect to sell/rent each month? If I employed a manager does he/she work on commission or a flat wage or both? Many thanks.
