How is it to live by the Hibernian Stadium?

Does it get very loud and crowded when a game is on?

  • While I haven't personally lived there, I have sold several properties in the area. The owners tell me is not a problem - obviously when a game is on, there is increased amounts of traffic, both cars and more so people, just before and after the game, so a bit of a nightmare trying to drive in the immediate vicinity. But apart from that, no real problem. I have also spoken to the buyers who now live there, they have said the same, so not a biased view! I sold a property directly overlooking the pitch, they thought this was a benefit rather than a hinderance, quite exciting to watch all the action on a Saturday afternoon! And I was in the flat one Saturday when a game was on, when you shut the windows there was no major noise. Hope this helps.
