My nextdoor neighbour recently put his house on the market, the estate agents advertised it as a end of terrace, he was upset at the description.
My next door neighbour has put his house up for sale, he was upset when estate agents insisted it was a terrace house which is incorrect, it is one of three houses converted from an old mill, all of which are different, I am thinking of putting my house up for sale so how do I insist that it is not a terrace but just 1 of 3 properties?

End link or end terrace doesnt really matter as long as adequate description in selling particulars..end terraces of any description tend to sell for higher price..he should be pleased.
