What demand is there for one and 2 bed apartments for sale?
I am currently researching the demand for properties within Kentish Town and I would be very grateful if anyone could assist me with this query? The apartments would be new build, I look forward to hearing from you.

I am an estate agent based on Holloway Road, but we do cover Kentish Town. I am currently marketing 2 brand new properties located on main Kentish Town Road newly refurbished done to a good standard. Please visit www.greenlive.co.uk for more details. I have seen significant increase in demand for properties in the area as we are having larger overspill from Hampstead, Camden Town and Highgate. There is also new school on Holmes Road French school – linked to the Lycée Français in South Kensington which has created a greater demand for family houses in the area.
