How can I find out the rebuilding cost for insurance purposes? House measures 14,080sq ft, slate roof. - detached garage 2,550 sq.ft. - not sure what the roof material is called but it is not slate

If its 14,080 sq ft the answer is alot !. Generally budget around £100 to £150 per square foot depending on internal finish , but this is a rough guide.
