  • I believe a PMA is a foreign investment company, a company owned and run by foreigners which allows foreigners to buy property.

  • PMA Pre Market Approval certificate: Estate Agents send the property sales details to the seller to check and sign and return to Agent to say everything in the sales particulars is correct. If the Seller doesn't sign the PMA certificate the details to sell the property might or might not be correct, mistakes can be made, e.g. windows/ doors missing in wrong place, measurements might not be correct, or something else might not be correct. Details can still be wrong if the Seller hasn't checked properly but that is on the Sellers heads not the Agents.
