I like Exeter! It is a good place to live, not too big, but it has everything you want within reach, 3 trainstations, lots of character buildings, nice little second hand shops, some very nice high class boutiques, new shopping mall, good Colleges, and for a city of its size it is safe. I let my 13 year old go on his own to Exeter. It has it's own international airport and University.

Exeter is a fantastic place to live. Vibrant, thriving, classy and chic. From river & country to excellent shopping and eating, fantastic beaches and Dartmoor nearby. A proactive sustainability culture ensures that the best of Exeter is just getting better with wonderful cycle paths alongside rivers, boating, walking, green spaces and a good long term vision for the preservation of what makes Exeter great.
