Repossesed houses and how can i get more information about finding one?
I am interested to buy a repossesed house, because they are cheaper than their market value. I am a first time buyer and due to my income level, i can only afford a house in the region of £135K including the deposite of £30K. Can please somebody tell me where and how i might find a repossesed house. thank you.

You could try asking a few local agents if they have anything on their books and to keep you updated as and when these properties go on to the market. Also try auction houses, repossessions end up at auction if they don't sell through the estate agent, you could find a real bargain. When looking at properties for sale on portals, look for tape across appliances and toilets, that is a dead giveaway that the property is a repossession. Good luck.
